Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, known as NAPO, and the Vice Presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), was visibly taken aback after a fire broke out at the Pantang Nursing Training School hostel during his campaign visit causing mockery by the students.
In a video shared on social media, NAPO was addressing students and rallying support ahead of the 2024 general elections when he noticed the alarming situation.
Shouts and commotion filled the air as students rushed out of the hostel in response to the fire. Realizing the gravity of the situation, NAPO paused his address, watching intently as the authorities worked quickly to control the blaze and prevent further damage.
Many have ridiculed the running mate of Dr Bawumia for his reaction and public appearance which are largely controversial and ‘funny’ according to most opponents.
