Coach Otto Addo, Ghana Black Stars’ coach has reportedly added Callum Hudson-Odoi, Jeffrey Schlupp, Salis Abdul Samed in Black Stars’ World Cup 2022 provisional squad.

Jeffrey Schlupp plays as a forward or winger and occasionally as  left back for Premier League club Crystal Palace

Jeffrey appeared for the Black Stars in their clash with Ethiopia in 2021 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Callum James Hudson-Odoi is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen, on loan from Premier League club Chelsea.

Callum Hudson Odoi has been a long-term target for the Ghana Football Association trying to convince him to switch his nationality to Ghana.

Salis Abdul Samed plays as a midfielder for Ligue 1 club Lens.

Salis received his maiden Black Stars call-up in January 2022 but declined the invitation due to injury.

Inclusion of these three players will boost the teams performance in the upcoming contest just as their   prolific performance did for their respective clubs.

The 55-man squad  will later be sifted and reduced to 26 a week before the start of the competition in Qatar

Fans can’t wait to see the Black Stars excel and bring home the trophy.
