Family Members of Dead Ghana Paralympic Team Coach Sent to Norway to Bring Corpse Home also Ran Away

New reports of Ghana Paralympic Team coach who died in Norway have revealed that four persons posing as family members who were sent to bring the body home have also disappeared.

These relatives of the deceased coach of the  “fake paralympic team” that went to Norway have also absconded after touching down in the European country, according to the National Paralympic Committee President, Samson Dean as reported by Pulse.com.gh

News about the Ghana Paralympic team’s disappearance broke sparked shock among sports enthusiasts and the national at large.

Many have questioned the country’s visa application procedures and the need to consider institutional reforms following the recent revelations about the team.

National Paralympic Committee President, Samson Dean has mentioned that the team and some persons have forged his signature and letters to aid their visa application and acquisition.

The Norwegian embassy today blamed the federation for not doing due diligence prior to the visa acquisition whilst the federation has denied involvement stating that the alleged Ghanaian athletes cannot be confirmed to represent the nation by his outfit.

If you look at the first application, it was six or seven people they applied for initially. They were denied visas, they got the letters they wanted subsequently forged, but upon arrival, they absconded, and one died,

 

They subsequently wrote to the Norwegian embassy again and requested to send the families of the one who died The people went, they couldn’t bring the corpse. The four also absconded, these guys are known. They’ve been identified. President of the National Paralympic Committee Samson Deen as reported by pulse.com.gh.
