The Office of the President has promptly withdrawn the previously granted permission for Nana Kwame Bediako also known as Freedom Jacob Ceasar’s (Cheddar) Pan African event’s use of the Black Star Square.
This action arises from an unexpected State Event now slated to occur at the same venue. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control dictate this adjustment, the government explained in a statement from the office of the President signed by the Chief of Staff.
In light of this unforeseen development, the full amount of Ten Thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc10,000.00) tendered by your office for the reservation will be promptly refunded. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these unavoidable changes.
We understand the importance of your event and assure you that this decision is solely driven by an imperative State Event, and not a reflection of your event’s significance. We are committed to facilitating a seamless process for your future event needs, and we thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
As we work diligently to accommodate both events, we remain steadfast in our commitment to supporting various initiatives within our community. Your understanding and cooperation during this time are invaluable, and we look forward to continued collaboration in the future. The statement expounded.
