Ghana’s Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has angrily threatened his former manager Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as Bullgod, over the demise of Fennec Okyere.
Many believe the Dancehall artiste’s threat to release secrets about Fennec’s death follows alleged leak of Shatta Wale’s album contents by Bulldog.
Fennec Okyere, was the manager of one of Ghana’s finest hiplife musicians, Kwaw Kese. He was killed at his Manet Gardens residence on the Spintex Road, Accra by some anonymous assailants.
Bulldog was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department following Fennec’s death as a suspect, due to his consistent ‘beefs’ with the late Fennec Okyere.
Bulldog was however released in 2017, and stripped off from charges relating to the alleged murder, ruling by the then Attorney-General, Gloria Akuffo who ruled that the state was no longer interested in prosecuting Bulldog over the alleged murder of Fennec Okyere.
This brought shock to the deceased family and folks.
The ‘Dancehall King’ hitmaker had explained that he will reveal what really transpired in relation to Fennec Okyere’s murder.
This he posted on Facebook, and assured to tell any court what Bullgod told him about the murder.
Bull Dog, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians what happen to Fenicks (sic) Murder!! And I am not joking about this time!! I am ready to tell the court about what you told me about you and your men and how planned that foolish act, get ready. This Akufo Addo won’t give you a murder (sic) chance to be on our streets!!! Watch how this ends!!! You can’t fight time!!! Shatta Wale’s own words.
