Leader of the Movement for Change and former Minister for Trade and Industry, Alan Kyeremanten also known as Alan Cash has made certain shocking revelations about the 1 District 1 Factory initiative by the government during his tenure.
In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) the former Minister for Trade and Industry revealed that government commenced the discourse on the initiative with businesses in the country and assured of payment on its incentives for businesses in the country.
He added that after the engagement with businesses, government failed to honour such promises regarding the initiative and its accompanying incentives.
Mr. Kyeremanten who has isolated himself from the New Patriotic Party and formed the Movement for Change has recently gone public over some government businesses he describes as shady and not in the interest of the public.
It on these premises that Mr. Kyeremanten has called for support from all to steer his dreams and aspirations for the country to turn the economy around.
