The grand finale of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) was won by Legon Presec SHS for the 8th time as it took on an air of distinction as the Education Minister and the Minister for Information graced the event, adding an extra layer of significance to the academic competition

As the NSMQ grand finale reached its climax, with Opoku Ware SHS, Achimota SHS, and Legon Presec SHS showcasing exceptional intellect, Legon Presec won the contest with whooping 40 points as Achimota school and  Opoku Ware came 2nd and 3rd respectively.

The presence of these government officials underscored the administration’s commitment to the advancement of education and the promotion of excellence among the youth. As Opoku Ware SHS, Achimota SHS, and Legon Presec SHS competed fiercely for the coveted title, the ministers’ attendance reflected the national importance placed on fostering intellectual growth and innovation.
