Attorney-General Dominic Ayine Moves to Appeal
Following the appellate court’s decision, Dr Ayine directed the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to immediately file an appeal at the Supreme Court. The Attorney-General’s office also intends to seek a stay of execution of the Court of Appeal judgment while the appeal is being considered.
