Founder and flagbearer of the Movement for Change party, Mr. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, has assured Ghanaians, particularly the Muslim community, regarding the ongoing religious harmony within the nation stressing to preserve same when elected President of Ghana.
In a media release on Eid-ul-Fitr celebration on Thursday, April 11, Mr. Kyerematen expressed his commitment to maintaining unity between Muslims and Christians if elected to lead Ghana in the forthcoming December 7 elections.

As a former Trade and Industry Minister, Kyerematen emphasized that his dedication to fostering reconciliation and unification among all citizens, irrespective of their political, religious, or ethnic backgrounds has been unwavering. He stressed the importance of electing a leader who can bring the nation together, emphasizing the need for solidarity and a shared destiny.

Ghanaians must elect us together as one people with one destiny, regardless of political, religious, or ethnic affiliation.
On my part, I would like to assure my Muslim brothers and sisters that if it is Allah’s will that I lead this country, I guarantee continued religious harmony within Ghana and commit to introducing transformative interventions that would improve the livelihoods and well-being of all Ghanaians, he remarked.
