Former GFA Boss Kwesi Nyantakyi, the former president of the and a contestant in the NPP Ejisu primaries was spotted crying in an interview as he recounted the sad event prior to the elections.
Mr. Nyantakyi who was hospitalised at the Asokore Mampong Hospital hours before the crucial primaries on the eve of the elections couldn’t control his tears as he explained to the journalist what happened and thank God for his health.
Some members were seen in the video consoling Mr. Nyantakyi and some social media users have opined that he needs to abandon politics and concentrate on his health.

The aftermath of the elections saw Mr. Kwabena Boateng emerging winner with a whooping 393 votes rendering Kwesi Nyantakyi et al inability to secure ample votes to clinch victory in the NPP parliamentary primaries in the Ejisu Constituency.
