Court Proceedings Leading to the Remand of Footballer and Five Suspects in Trasacco Shooting:
Defense lawyer Nelson Noble Adedawonu sought bail for his clients, arguing that the charges were unsupported by the facts and highlighting the absence of the first accused during the time of the crime.
However, the trial magistrate, Prince Osei Owusu, declined the request due to jurisdictional issues and advised the counsel to seek bail at the appropriate forum. The accused were remanded in police custody, with the case adjourned to May 20, 2024.
