A 24-year old Petroleum Engineering graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Lois Abena Koranteng has been reportedly murdered and dumped in a pool in a hotel in Takoradi with her boss and their driver.
The family of the deceased and Ghanaians have slammed the police service for their slow response to the matter and calling for a speedy investigation into the matter

The sad incident allegedly occurred on June 7th, 2024 during a business trip with her boss after they checked in a hotel in Takoradi.
Brother of the 24-year-old by name Lois Abena Koranteng, broke the news he described as covered and drew the attention of Ghana Police in a Facebook post.
Some reports have suggested that the deceased, Lois, the boss, and the driver all stayed in separate rooms that night and the dead body of the deceased was discovered in a pool at dawn on June 8th, 2024.
Shocking twist to the story claims the hotel’s CCTV cameras were not functioning at the time sparking controversy confusion over the incident. Lois was quickly rushed to the hospital but cause of her demise is still unknown neither has an autopsy reported any.
