Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) to Migrate Services to Online Platform effective February 1

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) has declared a significant change in its service delivery, effective February 1, 2024.

From this date onwards, services such as new connections, separate meter requests, and additional load applications will exclusively transition to the ECG Mobile App.

This move aligns with ECG’s digital transformational agenda and its commitment to providing customers with enhanced and streamlined services. By migrating these applications to the mobile platform, ECG aims to offer customers a more efficient and hassle-free experience.

In a notice issued by ECG, the company emphasized the importance of accurate and active contact details during the application process. All communication regarding applications will be conducted through the contact telephone numbers provided by customers. Therefore, it is imperative for customers to furnish precise information when applying for services.
