Dr. Kadmiel E. H. Agbalenyoh, the esteemed leader of the Seventh-day Theocratic World Congregation, has made a fervent plea to the President of Ghana, Akufo-Addo to remain resolute in the face of international pressure and give his approval to the Anti-LGBTQ+ Bill.
During the recent Biblical new-year festivities, Dr. Agbalenyoh, a prominent spiritual figure, articulated that endorsing the bill to transform it into law aligns with righteousness and steers towards godliness.
Dr. Agbalenyoh has emerged as a vocal proponent, consistently urging governments to avert divine retribution on the nation, citing severe spiritual and physical ramifications of embracing the LGBTQ+ movement within Ghanaian society.
The legislative measure, ratified by Parliament on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, expressly prohibits LGBT activities and deems their advocacy, promotion, and funding as criminal offenses.
In a televised interview with GTV News, Dr. Agbalenyoh stressed President Akufo-Addo’s duty to prioritize national interests and preserve Ghana’s cultural heritage, which staunchly opposes same-sex unions.
He further underscored the global significance for Christians to observe biblical feasts, notably as the divinely ordained Passover approaches and preparations ensue for the commemoration in Sabbath City, Pokuase.
