A female protestor has collapsed in the ongoing #HandsOffOurHotels demonstration led by the North Tongu lawmaker and Member of Parliament, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa in Accra.The demonstration is on the alleged scandal seeking to sell the Labadi Beach Hotel to a Rock City Hotel owned by the Minister for Food and Agriculture, Dr. Bryan Acheamapong.
The demonstration organized by the North Tongu lawmaker and Member of Parliament, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa saw some significant number of people in attendance.
The protest commenced at the Labadi Beach Hotel and continued through principal streets of Accra to present a petition by the North Tongu lawmaker and Member of Parliament, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa which was ultimately delivered.
Certain scenes caught the attention of many as some of the protestors were seen in a trending video share by GhanaTrends collapsing and being aided into an ambulance whilst other continued to press home their demands in the protest.
