In a viral video shared by GhanaTrends on X (formerly Twitter), A woman named Sarah, along with her family, staged a protest yesterday against Rev. Patricia Asiedua, widely known as Nana Agradaa, over accusations of theft and assault involving a pot of family gold.

Sarah recounted that her late grandmother had gifted her a pot filled with gold in recognition of her loyal service and dedication. Before her grandmother’s passing, she advised Sarah to find someone to pray over the precious gift. Trusting in Nana Agradaa’s reputed spiritual guidance, Sarah sought her assistance. Nana Agradaa took the pot of gold and demanded 1,000 cedis for her services, which Sarah paid. However, Nana Agradaa later asked for an additional 4,000 cedis, an amount Sarah was unable to provide.

Following her inability to meet the additional financial demand, Sarah requested the return of her gold. Despite her persistent efforts over several years, she has been unsuccessful in retrieving the pot of gold. Sarah claims that all attempts to resolve the matter amicably with Nana Agradaa have been in vain.
