Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has firmly denied allegations suggesting that new individuals were recently recruited to work at the Ghanaian Embassy in Washington D.C., United States. The statement comes amidst social media speculation and opposition commentary regarding staffing changes within Ghana’s foreign missions.
Addressing the issue, the minister clarified that the diplomatic team in place is part of a reconstituted staff list, not a fresh recruitment process.
