Rapper Medikal My Story new release appears to delve into the emotions and experiences stemming from his separation from his estranged wife, Fella Makafui.
In the song, Medikal candidly expresses his feelings amid the ongoing controversies surrounding their marriage. In the wake of these controversies, actress Fella Makafui has formally requested an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service.
She has accused Medikal of spreading false information, which she claims has jeopardized her safety. According to her petition, Medikal’s actions violate Section 208 of the Criminal Code of 1960, Act 29, which addresses the dissemination of false news.
Additionally, Makafui contends that Medikal’s conduct breaches the Electronic Communications Act 2008 (Act 775), specifically Sections 76 (1) and 76 (2). These sections prohibit the transmission of false or misleading information that could potentially endanger someone’s safety.
In a subsequent press release, Fella Makafui highlighted that she had observed Medikal’s social media comments regarding their four-year marriage. She emphasized that these comments persist despite their mutual decision to divorce.
