The earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 brought down huge strictures in Turkish cities and neighbourhoods killing and injuring thousands of people.

Global leaders including American President, Israeli Prime Minister, Ghanaian President have commiserated with families who have lost their loved ones and wished those injured a full and quick recovery.

Ghanaians woke up to this horrific news about Christian Atsu who was reportedly trapped under a rubble following the earthquake.
