Mr. Francis Asenso-Boakye, the Minister of Roads and Highways has hinted that the Flowerpot Motorway Interchange is slated to be opened to traffic by the end of October this year as Ghanaians cast doubt over the Minister’s prediction.
This comes after an inspection tour of the project by Mr. Francis Asenso-Boakye, the Minister of Roads and Highways, who provided insights into the progress made.
